We are hosting a listening session on Tuesday, October 29th at 6pm in the GMHS library. Current juniors, sophomores and freshmen, and their parents, are strongly encouraged to attend since the purpose of the session is for your coaches to hear what you would like for your 2025 season.
There will be two parts to the session. First, we will ask for feedback from players and parents. For much of the feedback, your coaches will just be listening, and we will process and consider your comments as we develop plans for 2025. Some of your feedback will surely be in areas where we are currently making adjustments. In those cases, we will let you know what we are thinking. We really want this to be mostly about us listening to the Rams soccer family. You deserve to be heard, and we get better when we listen.
After the listening session, we will let you know about offseason and next season plans that are already underway. This will include our thoughts about tryouts and cuts next year. We don’t want to take anyone by surprise in August, so we want to communicate effectively as the program continues to grow.
We plan to record the session so we don’t miss anything. Your feedback is quite valuable. We sincerely hope for a big turnout of invested Green Mountain Soccer stakeholders.
